En tant que membre de l'équipe Projets et habilitation du département Marketing et opérations commerciales, le concepteur pédagogique élaborera des cours en ligne et soutiendra les objectifs et initiatives de formation globaux de l'équipe L&D. Utilisant sa connaissance approfondie des théories de l'apprentissage et des méthodologies de conception pédagogique, il développera des expériences d'apprentissage immersives et orientées vers les objectifs. Ce processus implique l'analyse des besoins et des styles d'apprentissage des membres externes en pharmacie et des employés internes, l'établissement d'objectifs d'apprentissage, la conception de l'environnement pédagogique, l'aide au déploiement de la formation et l'évaluation de l'efficacité de la formation. En plus de votre expérience en conception pédagogique, votre rôle dans l'équipe sera aussi de faciliter des événements d'apprentissage en présentiel. Vous collaborerez avec les responsables des projets afin de convertir les objectifs de l’entreprise en solutions d'apprentissage convaincantes qui s'appuient sur les meilleures pratiques comportementales.

 

Section A – Responsabilités spécifiques

 

Stratégique

  • Se tenir informĂ© des tendances de l'industrie et diriger l'avancement de nos plateformes d'apprentissage, en veillant Ă  ce que nos mĂ©thodes restent Ă  la fine pointe et leader sur le marchĂ©.

  • Proposer des mĂ©thodologies d'apprentissage innovantes et des techniques de conception pĂ©dagogique qui s'alignent sur les stratĂ©gies de l’entreprise et Ă©lèvent l'expĂ©rience d'apprentissage.

  • Contribuer Ă  la vision globale, aux stratĂ©gies et aux plans pour les initiatives d'apprentissage et de dĂ©veloppement de McKesson.

  • Collaborer avec les partenaires commerciaux et la haute direction pour faciliter les discussions, obtenir l'alignement sur les plans d'exĂ©cution et remettre en question l'entreprise, si nĂ©cessaire, pour maintenir l'accent sur les prioritĂ©s clĂ©s.

  • Participer aux discussions de planification stratĂ©gique avec les fournisseurs de logiciels externes, en gĂ©rant les aspects critiques des contrats et des accords.

 

Exécution

  • RĂ©aliser des Ă©valuations des besoins de formation pour recueillir des donnĂ©es pertinentes et proposer des solutions d'apprentissage adĂ©quates.

  • Collaborer avec les experts de contenu (SME) pour obtenir des informations sur des sujets spĂ©cifiques, puis concevoir des approches Ă©ducatives innovantes basĂ©es sur les principes de l'apprentissage des adultes.

  • ComplĂ©ter les documents de conception pĂ©dagogique dĂ©taillant la stratĂ©gie d'apprentissage, les objectifs des responsables du projet, les objectifs d'apprentissage et les modalitĂ©s de la formation, pour approbation par les responsables.

  • DĂ©velopper des programmes de formation en utilisant un mĂ©lange de mĂ©thodes d'apprentissage : cours e-learning interactifs, vidĂ©os, formations en personne, etc.

  • Soutenir et faciliter des sessions de formation en personne et en virtuel avec des outils intĂ©grant des stratĂ©gies pĂ©dagogiques adaptĂ©es aux styles d'apprentissage des adultes.

  • CrĂ©er des guides pour les participants et les formateurs, des aides au travail et du matĂ©riel de support, selon les besoins, pour amĂ©liorer les solutions d'apprentissage.

  • Concevoir, dĂ©velopper et mettre en Ĺ“uvre des stratĂ©gies de mesure et d'Ă©valuation de la performance via le LMS pour Ă©valuer l'efficacitĂ© des solutions d'apprentissage.

  • ĂŠtre un administrateur LMS responsable de la gestion des formations, des utilisateurs et de la crĂ©ation d'Ă©vĂ©nements.

  • Fournir des mises Ă  jour sur Salesforce Ă  propos des formations, de la performance, des directives et d'autres informations nĂ©cessaires.

  • Participer aux salons professionnels et avoir un kiosque pour s'engager de manière proactive avec les membres (propriĂ©taires et personnel des pharmacies), promouvoir les avantages de la plateforme de formation et communiquer les nouvelles informations et les mises Ă  jour.

  • Utiliser des pratiques efficaces de gestion de projet pour superviser l'ensemble du processus de dĂ©veloppement de cours, en veillant Ă  ce que les projets soient complĂ©tĂ©s dans les dĂ©lais et dans les limites du budget.

  • PrĂ©parer des prĂ©sentations et des documents en fonction des exigences et des besoins des formations.

  • Participer aux rĂ©unions de l'Ă©quipe d’apprentissage et dĂ©veloppement, aux sessions de remue-mĂ©ninges, aux appels-confĂ©rence et aux rencontres de projets spĂ©ciaux.

  • Assurer le respect des politiques de l'entreprise et effectuer des tâches supplĂ©mentaires selon les besoins pour soutenir McKesson Canada.

Section B – Exigences clés

 

Qualifications

  • MaĂ®trise bilingue de l'anglais et du français (parlĂ© et Ă©crit) requise.

  • BaccalaurĂ©at, certificat ou diplĂ´me postsecondaire en conception pĂ©dagogique, Ă©ducation, apprentissage des adultes ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expĂ©rience dans la conception et le dĂ©veloppement de solutions d'apprentissage complètes en entreprise.

  • Expertise souhaitable en thĂ©orie de l'apprentissage expĂ©rientiel.

  • MaĂ®trise des logiciels de crĂ©ation d'eLearning (par exemple, Articulate Storyline ou Rise) requise.

  • ExpĂ©rience dans le secteur de la santĂ©, y compris les pharmacies de dĂ©tail et/ou les Ă©tablissements hospitaliers, est un avantage.

  • MaĂ®trise requise des logiciels Adobe Creative Cloud (par exemple, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop).

  • CompĂ©tences informatiques avancĂ©es, y compris les applications Microsoft Office et les outils de confĂ©rence web (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Teams).

  • FamiliaritĂ© avec les fonctions administratives d'un système de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) est un plus.

Job Summary

As a member of the Projects & Enablement team within Marketing & Commercial Operations, the Instructional Designer will build eLearning courses and support the overall training objectives and initiatives for the L&D team. Utilizing their deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design methodologies, they will develop immersive, goal-oriented learning experiences. This process involves analyzing the needs and learning styles of both external pharmacy members and internal employees, establishing learning objectives, designing the educational environment, aiding in the training rollout, and evaluating the curriculum's effectiveness. Beyond experience in instructional design, your role on the learning team will demand enthusiastic facilitation of various learning events, from trainings to presentations. This position will closely collaborate with key stakeholders to convert business goals into compelling learning solutions that leverage behavioral best practices to support business initiatives.

Section A – Specific Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Stay informed about industry trends and spearhead the advancement of our learning platforms, ensuring our methods remain cutting-edge and market-leading.

  • Propose innovative learning methodologies and instructional design techniques that align with business strategies and elevate the learning experience.

  • Contribute to the overarching vision, strategies, and plans for McKesson's learning and development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to facilitate discussions, secure alignment on execution plans, and challenge the business when necessary to maintain focus on key priorities.

  • Participate in strategic planning discussions with external software vendors, managing critical aspects of contracts and agreements.

Execution

  • Conduct training assessments, including needs and task analyses, to gather pertinent data and propose strategic learning solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to gain insights into specific topics and design innovative educational approaches based on adult learning principles.

  • Complete instructional design documentation detailing the learning strategy, stakeholder goals, learning objectives, and modalities for stakeholder approval.

  • Develop training curricula using a blend of learning methods, including interactive eLearning, web-based training, and instructor-led sessions.

  • Support and facilitate live and virtual training sessions with tools that integrate instructional strategies tailored to adult learning styles.

  • Create participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support materials as needed to enhance learning solutions.

  • Design, develop, and implement measurement and evaluation strategies through the LMS to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of learning solutions on performance.

  • Serve as an LMS administrator responsible for managing curricula, users, and event creation.

  • Provide updates on Salesforce regarding program status, performance, team directions, and other necessary information.

  • Manage trade show and conference booths, engage proactively with members (pharmacy owners and staff), promote the learning academy's benefits, and communicate new information and updates as needed.

  • Utilize effective project management practices to oversee the entire course development process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Prepare presentations and materials based on program requirements and needs. - Participate in Learning & Development team meetings, brainstorming sessions, conference calls, and special project teams.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and perform additional duties as required to support McKesson Canada.

Section B – Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written) is required

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field focusing on Adult Learning or another educational discipline.

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of comprehensive learning solutions within a corporate environment.

  • Preferable expertise in Experiential Learning Theory.

  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring software (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise) is required.

  • Experience in the healthcare sector, including retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical, and/or hospital settings, is advantageous.

  • Required proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (e.g., Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop).

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and web conferencing tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).

  • Familiarity with the administrative functions of a Learning Management System is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and effectively convey information and key messages.

  • A customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork, planning, analytical and customer service skills.
