Ce que vous ferez

  • Assurer le cycle complet de la gestion des lĂ©sions professionnelles complexes pour vos clients Ă  l’intĂ©rieur d’une Ă©quipe de travail matricielle
  • Guider vos clients dans le processus d’amĂ©lioration continue visant la rĂ©duction de l’impact des lĂ©sions professionnelles sur leur performance organisationnelle et financière
  • Conseiller vos clients dans les efforts de maintien du lien d’emploi et les accompagner lors des visites de postes dans le cadre de la rĂ©adaptation
  • Établir en mode collaboratif avec les intervenants, les stratĂ©gies relatives Ă  la gestion optimale des litiges;
  • Contribuer Ă  bonifier l’offre de services intĂ©grĂ© en proposant Ă  vos clients des solutions permettant une meilleure prise en charge de la gestion de la SST (formations, expertises mĂ©dicales, prĂ©vention, juridique, impartition, ergonomie, etc.).

Vous possédez

  • DĂ©tenir un BaccalaurĂ©at en gestion des ressources humaines / relations industrielles ou DEC dans un domaine liĂ© Ă  la fonction (juridique, administration, ressources humaines);
  • DĂ©tenir de 5 Ă  8 ans d'expĂ©rience en gestion des lĂ©sions professionnelles au Canada;
  • MaĂ®triser le processus d’ouverture et de suivi d’un dossier (administratif et mĂ©dical) ainsi que les règles rĂ©gissant l’assignation temporaire;
  • DĂ©montrer de bonnes compĂ©tences en rĂ©solution de problèmes et en identification de solutions potentielles;
  • PossĂ©der d’excellentes habiletĂ©s de communication verbale et de rĂ©daction tant en français qu'en anglais;
  • Avoir une bonne capacitĂ© d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Avoir des aptitudes en informatique, des connaissances sur SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Suite Office 365 sont considĂ©rĂ©s comme un atout;
  • ĂŠtre un joueur d’équipe qui favorise la collaboration;
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie et de capacitĂ© d'adaptation;
  • Avoir un sens de l’organisation dĂ©veloppĂ© afin de pouvoir gĂ©rer efficacement.
