JOB SUMMARY:

An excellent call center supervisor must have customer service and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and be able to lead and motivate a hybrid workforce. You will be organized and reliable as well as results-oriented. This role is a hybrid, with an opportunity to work on-site and remotely.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Foster a friendly and motivating work environment.
• Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
• Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
• Troubleshoot reservation related issues to determine cause and escalate to proper personnel for resolution.
• Hiring, training, and preparing call center representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products.
• Assist in development of training materials and classes on systems, programs, or other areas as needed.

• Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
• Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
• Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.

Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
