Is this the role for you?
The Content Partnerships Manager (f/m/d) will be reporting into the Content Partnerships leader and working alongside the Programming to build, grow and develop Pluto TV's content acquisitions strategy. You will establish and lead relationships with premium content partners, handle ongoing business, negotiate new content acquisitions and renewals and track the content budget.
What will you be doing?
- You initiate and negotiate new licensing deals with content providers for UK territory rights
- You lead all aspects of content acquisition (deal sourcing, content evaluation, financial analysis and forecasting, commercial and contract negotiation) and collaborate across departments (Programming, Operations, Legal) to implement and fulfill content deals
- You define content licensing strategy and new content that fits with overall programming strategy
- You work closely with both the US and International Content Partnership teams on cross-territory deals and extend rights for UK
- You are a strong communicator and use Excel, Tableau, and Powerpoint to produce analysis, reviews and recommendations around content performance and audience to identify business opportunities and optimise partnership performance
- You excel in account management as you coordinate and prioritise opportunities from over 100 of our content partners

- Mid-senior level experience in Content Acquisition and/or Content Sales with direct oversight of deal making and planning strategy
- An intense knowledge of the media licensing business, ideally with VOD, and experience in negotiating deals with different monetization models
- You have an established network of relationships with traditional and non-traditional video content licensors across a variety of genre's (Movies, Kids, Documentaries & Reality) and a deep understanding of the national and international media landscapes
- You demonstrate experience in market analysis and competitive analysis
- You have a strong passion for content and entertainment and broad knowledge of pop culture, film, TV and online video
