Description

- Assist in the implementation of internal hygiene and food handling procedures through the Good Practice Manual, along with the Chief Cooks.- Carry out the pre-preparation and preparation of the menu items, according to the Coordination and Chef's instructions.- Assist in guiding the activities carried out by the general helpers and half restaurant officers.- Participate in the final tasting of the dishes along with the Chefs and Coordination Chefs.- Inform the Chef and / or Coordination of any non-conformities related to the operation, such as: preparation and cooking of food, cleaning, maintenance and / or repairs of equipment, safety aspects, among others.- Participate in the preparation of the monthly menu.- Assist in the creation of new recipes and / or adaptations, when necessary.

Mandatório:

• Experiência na função em cozinhas industriais;
• Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver a necessidade;
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Gravataí;
• Ensino fundamental completo.

Desejável:

• Cursos na área gastronômica;
• Boas práticas de alimentação (higiene e manipulação).
