Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reçoit les demandes de renseignements des clients provenant de diverses sources (tĂ©lĂ©phone et courriel), rĂ©pond aux questions et/ou rĂ©sout les problèmes individuels.
  • Coordonne et dĂ©veloppe les relations clients en traitant les demandes des clients sur des sujets tels que myUL, la facturation, l'Ă©tiquetage et l'inspection, etc., en ouvrant de nouveaux projets et en favorisant une communication fluide entre les clients et les dĂ©partements UL.
  • Recueille des informations sur les produits des clients, identifie l'industrie qui effectuera le travail et communique les engagements en matière de dĂ©lais d'exĂ©cution.
  • Priorise les besoins des clients, dĂ©termine toute exigence particulière et obtient les informations et Ă©chantillons requis pour ouvrir le projet.
  • Organise les informations client en classant et en segmentant le client, en saisissant des informations nouvelles ou mises Ă  jour dans la base de donnĂ©es, etc., Ă  l'aide du système de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
  • Fournit une assistance pour les demandes non techniques des clients, y compris les questions/problèmes tels que les demandes de facturation, les cas et les informations gĂ©nĂ©rales sur UL. • Rassemble tous les rapports et documents requis Ă  envoyer au client dans un package complet, mesure et surveille la satisfaction du client au moyen d'examens de satisfaction du client, assure le suivi des prĂ©occupations, informe le client de la certification et clĂ´ture le projet.
  • Participe activement aux Ă©quipes pour amĂ©liorer et amĂ©liorer continuellement la qualitĂ© du service UL au client.
  • Lisez et suivez le code de conduite des Underwriters Laboratories et suivez toutes les pratiques de sĂ©curitĂ© physique et numĂ©rique.
  • Effectue d'autres tâches selon les besoins.


Il s'agit d'un rôle hybride basé à notre emplacement de Montréal.

  • Receives inquiries from customers from various sources (phone and email), answers questions and/or resolves individual problems.
  • Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer inquiries on such topics as myUL, invoicing, label and inspection, etc., opening new projects and supporting a smooth communication between customers and UL departments.
  • Collects customer product information, identifies the industry that will perform work, and communicates completion time commitments.
  • Prioritizes customer needs, determines any special requirements, and obtain required information and samples to open the project.
  • Organizes customer information by classifying and segmenting the customer, entering new or updated information into database, etc., using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provides support for non-technical customer requests, including questions/issues such as billing inquiries, cases and general UL information.
  • Assembles all required reports and documents to be sent to the client in a complete package, measures and monitors customer satisfaction through customer satisfaction reviews, follows up on concerns, informs customer of the certification, and closes the project.
  • Actively participates in teams to continuously improve and drive quality into ULs service to the customer.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as required.


This is a Hybrid role based out of our Montreal location.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enseignement secondaire supĂ©rieur (diplĂ´me d'Ă©tudes secondaires) et gĂ©nĂ©ralement un an d'expĂ©rience en service client ou en vente.
  • CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  rĂ©pondre de manière appropriĂ©e aux besoins des clients.
  • CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  effectuer plusieurs tâches avec succès.
  • CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  travailler efficacement avec une Ă©quipe diversifiĂ©e.
  • Solides compĂ©tences en communication Ă©crite et verbale et compĂ©tences en relation avec les clients.
  • Solides compĂ©tences informatiques.
  • CompĂ©tences en rĂ©solution de conflits. Français courant


  • Higher Secondary Education (High School Diploma) and generally one year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond appropriately to customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, and client-interfacing skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in French
