Overview
We are seeking a Fundraising Technology Advisor to join our growing team with GiveSmart!
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Summary
Provides direct service to customers in the implementation of the GiveSmart product platform into their fundraising strategy and campaigns. Leads GiveSmart platform training sessions. Understands customers' needs and requirements, executes agreed-upon plans, and provides recommendations and best-practices.
A Day in the Life
- Contribute to a positive team culture centered on serving customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and leave a positive impression with every interaction
- Execute assigned Professional Services projects, including leading personalized product training and providing management of fundraising campaigns, and achieve established quality targets
- Accurately report time spent on client engagements, and achieve established utilization and efficiency targets
- Complete continuous learning and maintain an expert-level knowledge of the GiveSmart product and fundraising best-practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet company objectives.
We are looking for someone who brings
- Requires 2+ years of experience in related area, especially customer service, technology implementation, nonprofit fundraising, or event management
- Expert knowledge of GiveSmart product platform
- Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Able to learn other software tools
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Ability to influence peers and leaders in a positive way
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent judgement in decision-making, especially when balancing the needs of team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow up skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
