Job Zusammenfassung:

Die Hauptaufgabe dieser Position ist die Interaktion mit Kunden und Unternehmensvertretern über verschiedene Plattformen, einschließlich Telefon, E-Mail und Text. Du fungierst als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen den Kunden und dem Unternehmen und sorgst für reibungslose und effiziente Kommunikations- und Transaktionsprozesse. Zusammen mit dem gesamten Vertriebsteam an unseren Standorten in Neustadt und Salzkotten trägst du maßgeblich zur Zufriedenheit der Kundschaft und zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Annahme und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Angeboten
• Arbeit mit Kundenportalen zur pünktlichen Entgegennahme von Abrufbestellungen
• Abstimmung der Liefertermine in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
• Kundenkommunikation zur Beratung und Klärung von Fragestellungen
• Unterstützung des Außendienst im Backoffice
• Pflege des CRM-Systems
• Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen bei vertrieblichen Fragen

Ihr Profil:

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
• Du bringst ein freundliches, überzeugendes und kompetentes Auftreten am Telefon und im direkten Kontakt zum Kunden und im Kollegium mit
• Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse der Agrarbranche.
• Du bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise gute Französischkenntnisse, sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse mit.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst

Job summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to interact with customers and company representatives through various platforms including telephone, email and text. You act as an important link between customers and the company and ensure smooth and efficient communication and transaction processes. Together with the entire sales team at our locations in Neustadt and Salzkotten, you make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and the success of our company.

Your tasks:

• Acceptance and processing of orders and offers
• Work with customer portals to receive on-call orders on time
• Coordination of delivery dates in collaboration with other departments
• Customer communication for advice and clarification of questions
• Supporting the field service in the back office
• Maintenance of the CRM system
• Supporting other departments with sales issues

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
• You have a friendly, convincing and competent demeanor on the phone and in direct contact with customers and in colleagues
• Ideally, you have knowledge of the agricultural industry.
• You have very good written and spoken English skills, ideally a good knowledge of French and good computer skills.
• You work independently, reliably and responsibly

This position is mainly carried out on site at one of our locations in Salzkotten or Neustadt in Saxony. We support working time models that allow you to organize your working hours flexibly, even when working remotely at home.
