Job Description

Team Carney, a dynamic government contracting company in the eLearning space, is actively seeking an experienced Cyber Exchange SIPR Content Administrator. In this role, we are looking for an individual who has a results-oriented approach, excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a strong sense of principles.
This position is hybrid with possibility of full remote

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security systems for anomalies and respond to potential security incidents in coordination with the SOC.
  • Develop and refine security policies and procedures to ensure that they align with best practices and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance the company's security infrastructure and incident response capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support during the investigation and resolution of security breaches.
  • Lead the development and delivery of security awareness training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and threat awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and mitigation techniques.
  • Generate regular reports for IT management on the status of the cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications:

  • Clearance Requirement: Active Secret
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Cyber Content Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
  • Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Posted salary information:
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and applicable employment laws.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (including high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
