Your role:

As a Data Analyst, you will be handling the day-to-day operations of the Data team, working closely with the Data Manager, the Development team, and the CEO.

Your role will include researching, processing, and analyzing data sets in different projects of the organization, including the yearly startup ecosystem ranking flagship report. You will also create reports for internal and external clients analyzing the data and providing valuable insights, as well as be responsible for maintaining and improving the Python scripts and infrastructure.

• Having worked at startups before is a bonus. The world and priorities of startups can change rapidly, and we need someone to keep up with this and be a team player.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours deadlines.
• A bonus would be active previous involvement with startup ecosystems, e.g. working in a startup-related organization.Please note that a full command of English at a professional level is a critical requirement for this role.
• We are looking for a candidate who will stay with us in the long term and become a pivotal part in the company's success.

Experience and skills:

• Must have: High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python with Pandas.
• Good to have: Python with Maplotlib, Linux Shell, and ETLs.

The process and conditions:

The starting monthly salary will range depending on experience and skills and will grow as you help the company achieve its goals.

There will be initial filtering questions, a few test tasks valuation, and several interviews so you can get to know our team in the process.

This contract includes 26 days a year of paid vacation.
