Senior Data Analyst- Software Development

Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and process data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Use statistical techniques and software tools to perform predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Continuously improve processes and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• a bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the airline domain.
• knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
