Are you an ambitious, data-driven marketing professional with a passion for driving impactful results? Join our team as a Demand Generation Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, executing high-impact campaigns, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This role is central to our marketing efforts, with a focus on lead generation and nurturing for radiation oncology clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate with product marketing, brand teams, and sales to develop and implement targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, advertising, webinars and events)
- Build and optimize automated lead generation nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Â Monitor, analyze and report campaign and content performance, measuring effectiveness and using insights to refine efforts and maximize pipeline impact.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the North American, International sales teams and distributors to ensure alignment on lead quality, quantity, and adapt campaigns to meet the unique needs of different regions.
- Contribute to ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as needed to support broader team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing required, an added plus for Radiation Oncology experience.
- Previous experience managing campaigns and segmenting data utilizing marketing automation tools. HubSpot is strongly preferred. Experience in Marketo or Pardot will also be accepted.
- Prior experience building strong ICPs and programs for targeted accounts.
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and the ability to manage complex projects with precision.
- Ability to work effectively across teams, bringing people together to achieve shared goals.
EST / CST Time Zone preferred
