A Dental Healthcare Analyst supports and promotes dental health care strategies, policies, and programs that drive the delivery of dental care and the achievement of member oral health goals. Strong candidates must possess professional knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and radiographic interpretation.

Candidate must have knowledge of Aetna processing systems and a general knowledge of Medicare appeals. Organization, teamwork, and adaptability to change are a necessity for success in this role. Candidate must be available to work M-F from 8am - 4:30pm (in candidates' time zone) and weekend/holiday rotation as needed to meet business needs.

Required Competencies:

• Experience in reading or researching dental benefit language and claims

Preferred:

• CDA, RDA, RDH

Education/Experience:

• Associate degree with emphasis in dentistry - or Graduate from an Accredited Dental Program and passing the certification
• 2 - 3 years of clinical experience in a dental environment

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
