Within the CNS organization, Network Monetization Platform intends to create future service innovation and value creation driven by digital ecosystems built in collaboration with developers and technology application partners on distributed and programmable new age cloud native networks.

Our mission is to make global networks and network of networks simple and programmable for new service creation and monetization across mission critical industries, consumer and enterprises by enabling a global ecosystem of developers.

The Network Monetization Platform business unit is being created to implement the CNS network as code vision. We are looking for a dynamic person to lead the Business Development activities in this organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Nokia's go to market strategy for developer acquisition
  • Support evolution of NMP to a "Developer First" organization through groundbreaking initiatives to nurture developer engagement.
  • Create a team of evangelists to imbed the developer relationship priority throughout the organization.
  • Build an understanding he target developer personas for CNS's products
  • In collaboration with CNS Marketing drive engagement of NMP in the organization of meetups, hackathons, events and online communities to provide information and education.
  • Create mechanisms to foster the developer's journey by helping them to evaluate and use Nokia's during proofs of concept (POCs).
  • Aid Developers from the validation of API functionality through product implementation along with the engineering team.
  • Creation of customer communities to help both Nokia and the Developer community to enhance and improve the products.
  • Provide thought leadership in the DevRel area
  • Ensure a strong pipeline of Developer through the initiatives created.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 10+ years of performing Business Development (sales, marketing, capture, proposals) activities, especially in development, integration, and operation of CPaaS systems.
  • Successful track record of establishing programs for engaging developer communities
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing partner relationships and meeting or exceeding goals
  • Have experience in working with CPaaS topics and companies.
  • Overall technology sales experience and experience in managing partnerships and partner teams at a large technology company including experience managing large GSIs, and resellers.
  • Technically savvy and experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, contact center, enterprise software, devices, and mobility is a plus.
  • Extensive experience presenting to and negotiating with senior level management (internal and external)
  • Strong data driven approach to decision making
  • Experience in presenting to senior leaders. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
