We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Administrator to join our team.
In this exciting role, you will work with a team of dedicated individuals committed to deliver results and support program objectives. You'll have opportunities to collaborate with others to develop creative solutions for challenges. You'll gain insights into the functions of an exceptionally large program.
You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Responsible for the management of email marketing programs which includes both ongoing programs and ad hoc support for product launches and campaigns.
- Responsible to support strategy, creative content, database management, coding, testing, deployment and tracking of digital communications across multiple channels (email, website, social media, etc).
- Participates in building integration of lead capture from web to salesforce.com and web to Email Service Provider (ESP).
- Participates in building integration between salesforce.com and ESP.
- Responsible for management of lead generation programs.
- Supports strategy, creative content, data capture and database management, sales integration and tracking.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners including management of external partners. Responsible for production and publishing of monthly email/lead generation analytics.
- Acts as a liaison between bank lines of business and the marketing group to ensure that all content is current and Requires a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in interactive/digital marketing or related field and 6+ years of interactive/digital marketing or other directly related experience.
- Some experience with website content management systems, managing Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Customer Relationship Management.

- Extensive knowledge of interactive and digital marketing, website content management systems and Customer Relationship Management.
- Ability to manage Search Engine Marketing & Search Engine Optimization. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
- Ability to manage tracking, analytics and reporting of data.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent creative and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, results-oriented and able to take initiative and lead projects.
- Ability to learn new trends and technologies that enhances lead generation and sales efforts.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft programs. May lead or train lower level staff and function as a project lead.
