Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working remotely in the US the Director Demand Generation will execute the Go-to-market strategy directly to potential companies creating awareness and ultimately driving inbound leads. The Director will also be proficient in digital/social advertising conversion rate optimization marketing automation multi-channel marketing and any other disciplines that can be used to reach audiences and capture demand.

What you'll be doing

  • Looking for an opportunity to drive impactful marketing strategies and generate leads for best-in-class B2B services companies?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital social email and content marketing.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools to track and report on campaign performance and ROI.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience segments.

  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute high-impact campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

  • This role is pivotal in enhancing our market presence and driving business growth by effectively reaching and engaging our target audience.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Proven experience in demand generation and inbound marketing.

  • Expertise in digital/social advertising and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience working within b2b services organizations is a plus.

  • Partner channel marketing experience is a plus.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location work experience education and/or skill levels.
