The individual in this role is expected to be a strategic maverick, bridging the gap between streaming publishers and our demand facilitation efforts. We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fortify our Demand Facilitation team, providing invaluable support to our sales partners, and pushing Magnite's supply, services, and technical connectivity to the frontlines of the digital advertising industry.
In this role you will:
Provide Sales Support inclusive of but not exclusive to:
- Educating our external sales champions and operations team on our publisher offerings, ensuring they grasp the ins and outs of our inventory and adhere to publisher engagement norms. Be that person who lights up a room with insights, steering sellers in their supply-based conversations with buyers
- Serving as the go-between for our demand and supply teams. Be an expert on our supply technologies while representing the best interests of our advertisers
- Own all sales enablement material for representing our supply partners across Streaming.
- Work closely with Media Planning to ensure marketability and scaled execution of supply.
- Ensure our sellers are always armed with the latest publisher updates, whether it's new inventory access, special inventory opportunities, or fresh audience integrations
Drive Platform Services Collaboration by:
- Leading calls with external publisher leadership and advising our clients in a trusted capacity to our clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with the programmatic and sales leadership internally and externally
- Coordinating with Magnite sales experts as needed to supply calls to educate teams on our specific demand efforts
- Be the knowledge hub and point of contact for the platform leadership and Magnite's supply partners with buyside market trends or specifics on advertiser spending
- Guide Magnite's suppliers through top partnerships and nuanced buyer relationships to ensure supply path optimization revenue growth and emphasis
Contribute to the Strategic Vision of Magnite by:
- Creatively problem solving to substantially grow Magnite's revenue through collaboration with our top streaming internal and external partners
- Designing new paths for growth opportunities
- Advocating for stretch goals and areas to emphasize and/or pivot opportunities to Magnite's revenue and product senior leadership
- Partnering with Magnite's Business Intelligence and Operations team to build data driven presentation highlighting ROI opportunities in customer sets, buy side/sell side connection points and previously undiscovered market segments
We're looking for someone with:
- A breadth of revenue generation experience. This role requires more than just a traditional sales approach. It requires the ability to connect the dots (that are not obvious) and envision mutually beneficial partnerships where others can't see them
- 8+ years of experience with 6+ years in revenue generation roles
- Agency experience is required, particularly in the video or advanced TV space
- An extensive network of adtech relationships to provide insight and consultation. This includes connections with top tier publishers
- An advanced understanding of how buyers view and activate on supply, and can help guide publishers to the most effective sales solutions
- Advanced presentation capabilities both written and verbal
- The ability to challenge the status quo and create a path to a different future

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $145,000 - $167,500 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
