As a Director of Product Management, you will lead initiatives for our L2++ through L4 autonomous technology product roadmaps. This includes the execution of product strategy for developing key features for a highly autonomous driving product and ensuring customer satisfaction.Â
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute initiatives for product roadmaps through cross functional collaboration
- Work with key stakeholders to develop product strategy for delivering technology to Tier 1 and OEM customers
- Identify new opportunities for product application as well as strategic plans to target and address customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product timelines and technical requirements are efficiently met
- Develop business relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, and commercial carriersÂ
- Align teams on product requirements and timeline to enable successful deliveryÂ
Required Skills
- BS, MS, or MBA with equivalent practical experience
- Experience building or scaling an ADAS product division
- Experience integrating an advanced software stack with tier 1 automotive companies
- Experience building test-driven, fault-tolerant systems
- Experience working in automotive or automotive consultingÂ
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work independently and cross functionallyÂ
- Knowledge of automotive development processes.
Salary Range
- $150,000 - $250,000 a year
