  • Collaborate with architects and developers to transition existing projects into the Omnichannel portfolio, such as Order, Product and Inventory Services

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • The Director of Omnichannel Platform will be a direct owner in re-shaping how mission critical commercial channel technology is adopted and leveraged at ARC’TERYX directly linked to growth, agility, and quality demands for a globally recognized brand

Are you our next Director, Omnichannel Platform?

  • You have a minimum of 10+ years in applied engineering with a focus on platform development and management
  • You have demonstrated leadership in a technical environment, with experience in building service-oriented backend systems, guiding and growing teams

  • You have proficiency in a variety of programming languages and a commitment to polyglot programming practices
  • You have experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies and tools
  • You have in-depth understanding of both high and low-level system design, capable of creating and delivering detailed solution architecture.
  • You have ability to produce and interpret architectural diagrams, data definitions, and models
  • You have strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the capacity to lead in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
  • You have a track record of developing and executing technology strategies that align with business goals
  • You have exceptional mentorship and coaching skills, with a history of developing high-performing technical teams
  • You have strong communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders with a clear vision and innovative thinking
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • You may also have advanced degrees or certifications in technology leadership, cloud computing, or system architecture (highly desirable)
  • Your passion for your technology work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
