Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Assurance, with an emphasis towards test automation, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Manage a team of quality assurance professionals and provide leadership and guidance
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of our operations
• Develop and implement quality metrics and monitor performance against these metrics
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees understand and comply with our quality standards
• Continuously evaluate and improve our quality systems and processes
• As a member of the product group's leadership team actively contribute to the success of the product group and the company as a whole

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science)
• 10+ years of experience in the software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies
• Strong knowledge in the are of test automation
• Experience with industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
