Magnite's revenue team is responsible for driving client growth on the Magnite adserving platform.
In this role you will (Listing of duties/responsibilities):
  • Establish new relationships with potential ad server customers
  • Develop and maintain existing relationships at senior levels across Magnite and external partners, industry experts and competitors.
  • Be responsible for hitting and exceeding revenue goals across the team and business.
  • Use all available resources and data to inform and negotiate commercial terms with current and potential customers.
  • Ensure optimal revenue creation and generation by winning new ad server business and upselling, maintaining existing strategic relationships.
  • Proactively collaborate with product, legal, operations, marketing and other departments across MGNI and to address and expand on revenue focused initiatives and customer requests.
  • Represent Magnite at industry events and evangelize Magnite's adserving platform to the general marketplace and ecosystem.
  • Upsell new product features and platform functionality to key customers
  • Partner with the Head of Revenue - AdServing to structure commercial and go to market strategies.
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic publishers and drive the strategy for account success.
  • Own the customer business/commercial relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Successfully navigate complex client organizational structures to ensure proper communication and information flow to all key stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:
  • 8-10 years of business development experience where structuring and executing complex enterprise agreements with media owners was the focus.
  • Existing senior relationships within the media and technology industry
  • High level of presentation skills and public speaking.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple team members and senior management to achieve goals
  • Experience navigating complex workflows to find and sell through effective solutions
  • Ability to self motivate and self learn.
  • Superior knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and point of view on the future of the space.
  • Positive team attitude and optimistic approach to customer service and overall client development.

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $140,000 - $165,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
