The Job/What You'll Do:
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing campaigns, covering all aspects from ideation to implementation. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills, along with exceptional communication abilities, to deliver impactful email experiences.
This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, encompassing conceptualization, design, segmentation, and deployment
- Assist in the creation and implementation of personalized email marketing strategies
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance
- Ensure strict adherence to email marketing best practices, industry regulations, and CAN-SPAM laws
- Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar to ensure timely campaign execution
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics for email campaigns, deriving actionable insights for optimization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and deliverables
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and CANSPAM laws
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Eloqua, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of HTML email development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or related experience
- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing
- Preferred experience with Salesforce
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $65,000-$80,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
