In this role you will:

• Design and build scalable, maintainable and flexible automation test framework.
• Be responsible for contributing automated test cases to existing build and test infrastructures, following good engineering practices, and evaluating product quality for various external and/or internal products
• Participate in design and implementation of test infrastructure to support building and moving services into a Continuous Deployment environment
• Work collaboratively with fellow Test Engineers to create true end-to-end automation solutions
• Assist in building out our automated testing infrastructure to build reliable, scalable, high-quality products and services
• Design test strategies by analyzing and dissecting complex heavily integrated software systems
• Investigate root cause of issues to assist with finding the most comprehensive and robust solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, project and development teams to identify and resolve technical, business, and process related issues.
• Be responsible for signing off QA for the releases.

We're looking for someone with :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of developing and bolstering automated QA systems and associated test strategies in a production role or internship
• Experience with Python (required) and/or C++ (nice to have) and SQL (nice to have)
• Experience with continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins.
• Docker or other container platforms
• Eagerness to learn a complex system in a fast paced industry
• Strong problem-solving/analytical skills, initiative, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently within a team structure
• Some experience working with business-critical customer facing applications (back-end services).
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on writing detail oriented documents and communications.
• Strong understanding of web services automation testing & API testing
• Experience with Linux.
• Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
• Flexible personality - must be willing to handle additional responsibilities as assigned or required

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In California, the base salary range for this position is: $105,000 - $115,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
