Job Profile Title: Engineering Services Lab Coordinator

Location/Division Specific Information - Austin, TX/ On-site/ P02

How will you make an impact? -

Jabil is seeking a Lab Coordinator who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Intelligent Infrastructure.

What will you do? -

• Fully responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Jabil Cloud engineering lab
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab area
• Organize bench areas for optimal performance of engineering tasks
• Racking and connecting servers to the internal/external networks
• Manage purchasing, receiving for all lab inventory items
• Manage shipping and receiving of material to and from customers
• Maintain/track lab inventory for all projects in addition to general lab needs
• Set up lab equipment as needed

How will you get here? -

Education:

• High School diploma or Technical degree in related area of study is required

Experience:

• 3- 5 years of experience in an engineering lab is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Knowledge in Concur, Coupa, or similar expense management software
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, building contractors, and facilities for lab maintenance and repairs
• Ability to lead interactions with equipment vendors, obtaining quotes and working through the approval process
• Experience procuring materials and track supply inventory
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25/50/80 pounds regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Server knowledge
• Server debug
• PCB rework
• Lab infrastructure and networking

$68, 783/ $96, 296/ $123, 808
