We are seeking an Entry-Level Brand Representative from a hospitality background to increase brand awareness, educate newcomers about our company culture, and track activity. Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Brand Representative:
- Identify and engage with key client personnel through direct interactions with customers in-person
- Build and maintain relationships with managers, clients, and customers
- Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers and assist in closing the sale
- Accurately track customer engagement and sales metrics and communicate all activity with the team
- Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data and customer insights
- Communicate with the marketing team and other Entry-Level Brand Representatives frequently
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Requirements of the Entry-Level Brand Representative:
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to have a flexible schedule and travel frequently
- Experience in a sales, customer service, or brand representative role is preferred
