Position Overview

This position provides administrative support to our equipment shop.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

• Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of motor vehicle titles, registrations, permits, insurance and EZ passes
• Rental and Outside Repair PO's
• Daily & Weekly PO receiving
• Auto usage entries weekly
• Hour entries (Mixer and Equipment)
• Fuel Master uploads daily
• Run weekly reports
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times
• Performing related or other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• Safety-minded team player
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and documentation skills
