THE OPPORTUNITY

Join us as an Optimization Software Engineer, where your skills in data analysis and software development will drive impactful changes that improve user experience.

As part of this role, you will be involved in data-driven decision-making and automation. By bringing to bear insights on user behavior, you will demonstrate opportunities for improvement and address challenges such as reducing bounce rate or increasing engagement. You will also design solutions that can scale and be automated. Working with a collaborative team, you will deliver measurable value to our customers, with a focus on understanding and improving customer value through optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Analyze real use data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improved engagement and reduced bounce rates, ensuring solutions align with customer value objectives.
- Craft and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and inform optimization strategies with a customer-centric focus.
- Develop and implement automated tools to address recurring issues, providing your programming expertise for scalable solutions that prioritize customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate optimization tools and ensure alignment with broader platforms, always keeping customer value as a guiding principle.
- Monitor optimization outcomes, iterating on solutions to achieve sustained performance gains and proven value for customers..

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- Educational Background: BTech/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with a solid base in programming and data analysis.
- Proven experience in programming, particularly in JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and derive actionable insights using analytics tools.
- Experience in conducting and analyzing experiments (A/B tests) to validate optimization hypotheses, focusing on customer value.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer value focus.
