Job DescriptionJoin Our Family Medicine Team in Beautiful Price, Utah!Castleview Physician Practices is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our busy Family Medicine practice.   • Primary Care Experience Required: We're looking for a provider who’s ready to hit the ground running.
  • Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9/5 schedule
  • Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day in the clinic
  • Urgent Care on Site: Conveniently located within the same clinic space

  • Experience Required: Must have prior primary care experience.
