Job Description
- Leading and managing the complete gamut for the FCM function for BGSW's Coimbatore offices.
- Responsible for stakeholder management with location POCs and leaders based in COB along with vendor management. Vendor, builder & SEZ communicationÂ
- Facilities Management with projects experience from a construction & fit-out standpoint
- Managing location budgets, spaces, transport services, hygiene management, security services, energy management, health/safety and environment management
Qualifications
- Fulltime BE /B.Tech (Civil, Mech)
- MBA in relevant discipline
Additional Information
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in leading and managing the function of Facilities Management with large global IT organization.
