Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), within Ford, is committed to providing our customers the "Always On" experience and our mission is to get our customers back on the road, in the shortest possible time. Parts, Supply & Logistics (PS&L), which is part of FCSD, is responsible to ensure that the right part is at the right shelf in the right Dealership at the right time.

In 2025, PS&L will start a major transformation we migrate from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA. We are recruiting eligible candidates with the right engineering mindset and collaborative skills, to be part of this exciting journey.

In this position, you will...

• Provide Test automation leadership to the PS&L SAP ecosystem, which comprises of SAP S/4 modules like FICO, MM, EWM and eSPP.
• Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
• Lead a Global team of quality engineers to Transform testing into an end-to-end quality engineering function thus enabling high quality repeatable launches.
• Collaborate with the Product Anchors and Product Managers from various SAP Product teams to develop and implement Quality assurance plans, to support the release process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop & Implement test strategy for PS&L transformation programs.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for SAP using Tricentis Tosca tool.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Functional consultants, and other team members to integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in defect management processes and adherence to test life cycles for automated testing.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of various testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) through automation.
• Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric perspective.
• Clearly communicate Testing strategy and vision to team members and internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that appropriate security and controls are implemented within delivered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Ford Enterprise Technologies' architecture standards for SAP implementations.
• Responsible for resource management including resource planning, resource acquisition, employee development, employee satisfaction, workload management and compensation planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven professional experience of 8+ years of Test automation experience, working in large complex SAP implementation projects, of which at least 3+ years of experience must be with Tricentis Tosca.
• Excellent understanding of the overall SAP ecosystem.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and lead teams including experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and Go-to-market leads.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience and teach others.
