YOUR MISSION

You will directly report to the Finance Manager of Finary. You will contribute in all typical financial exercises such as monthly business reviews and closings Budget Forecast 3 year strategic plan;

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Finance operations: oversee accounting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage day-to-day financial operations.

• In coordination with the accounting team ensure monthly closing cadence is respected ensuring timely reporting of the costs.

• Support the creation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements/reporting and forecasts in accordance with internal policies/ guidelines

• Support monthly quarterly & yearly closing

• Cost control: Assist the creation of budgets and forecasts and ensure monitoring and follow up on a continuous basis

• Support the preparation of the yearly strategic plan

• Participate to manage specific projects as directed by the daily business

• Perform timely analysis to ensure accuracy of results identifying the root causes for gaps between budget / forecasts and actual results

• Follow-up stakeholders requests

• Taxation: manage tax compliance with a focus on CIR (Crédit d'impôt Recherche) / CII (Crédit d'Impôt Innovation) and other tax incentives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Legal Compliance: BSPCE requirements

Who You Are:

• Looking for a work/study contract

• You are studying in the Finance field

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Previous or first experience in Finance

• You are fluent in French and in English
