Position Summary: Support finance and accounting processes, transactions and systems.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Internal Control System.
• Responsible for accurate sales pricing, and working with shared service to resolve sales pricing issue and other related AR open issues.
• Coordinate the customer tooling, tracking and auditing.
• Responsible for monthly cost center reports, perform financial analysis and provide financial information to support management decisions.
• Assist in both internal and external audit.
• Support budget and forecast process
• Maintains and implements policy and procedures, systems, such as IFRS and SAP migration
• Participate in all physical inventory/cycle counts
• Assists in coordinating monthly closing and production of financial statements to guarantee timely reporting.
• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelors degree in accounting or a Bachelors degree in business with emphasis in accounting.
• 3-5+ years prior accounting experience
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Excel, complex ERP environments and proficiency in other Microsoft products e.g. Power Point and Word
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Experience in both US GAAP and IFRS
• Accustomed to a multi-cultural global workplace
• Individual must have ability to make independent decisions that may be of a complex nature.

Preferred Skills and experience:

• ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
• MBA or CPA, but not required
• Previous SOX experience preferred.
