We're seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's recurring financial operations, including but not limited to general ledger accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and reporting.


This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including overseeing third party accountants and bookkeepers.

Implement and maintain internal controls to protect company assets across procurement, payroll and revenue operations.

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records in compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts.

Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budgeted figures and recommend corrective actions.

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Participate in audits and ensure timely completion of tax filings.
