Qualifications
1) Must have semi-independent work experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
2) Ability to organize and communicate through written correspondence and oral communication.
3) Working knowledge of principles, practices and methods of budget formulation.
4) Ability to type and operate a personal computer.
5) Knowledge of operation and functions of personal computers to provide problem solving resolution and service to users.
6) Highly desirable: Knowledge of Non appropriated Fund practices, regulations, and guidance materials and NAF Small Purchases.
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: knowledge, skills, abilities, additional screening criteria and other characteristics.

- Possess experience in performing accounting support duties
This position is a regular full-time (RFT) position, which guarantees at 40 hours per week. - Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
- This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
- All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
- Regular full-time, regular part-time (to include those in a limited tenure appointment category) and regularly scheduled flexible employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 7.5% for the entire shift when a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 1500 and 2400. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 2300-0800.
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials ???????will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
