*This is an individual contributor role.

Responsible for factory financial analysis related to Global Commercial Fire (CML) business. This includes gathering data (systems and stakeholders), prepare and analyze data to present to finance and operations leadership.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive financial process improvement, standardization, and automation across business units, improve the finance presence in the SIOP process; partner with Sales, Planning, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to analyze the financial risk and opportunities in revenue, cost, inventory, E&O, etc.)

• Prepare report and analysis on Sales (including backlog analysis), Production and Inventories.

• Prepare report and analysis on PPV, perform due diligence on standard cost and last pay price in the system.

• Prepare report and analysis on logistics costs (inbound, outbound, warehousing, premium freight).

• Work closely with Plant Finance leader and Operations leaders to prepare and report on monthly Std Productivity for CML business (Factory Productivity, Material Productivity, Logistics Productivity).

• Working Closely with Plant Finance Leader to support in the development, preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual FP&A process (Closing, Forecast, Variance Analysis, Annual Budgeting, Long range plan).

• Support the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules including business reviews, strategic plans, and other leadership presentations, as needed.

• Support Annual Standards Updates and maintenance.

• Support Capex and TOW related business case development.

• Track spends under various projects.

• Conduct ad hoc activities as needed to support business.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years' experience in FP&A role with strong business partnering mindset.

• Fluent in English.

• Availability to work on-site at Navojoa factory.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

• Good understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts required.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong team player.

• Strong communication skills.

• Advanced Excel sills.

• Working Knowledge of HFM, Ability to quickly learn different ERP systems (IFS, JDE, Oracle) for reporting purpose.

DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting, or CPA.

• Working Experience in Manufacturing environment.

• Experience in process improvement / project management.

• Experience in SIOP.

• Experience JED & Power BI.
