Your Role and Responsibilities
A Front Office Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Client Innovation Center (CIC) reception. The scope of this role includes the following: communication management database system maintenance office supply purchasing inventory management and other administration and reporting activities.
Main responsibilities:
β Badge and key management;
β Incoming and outgoing post;
β Room reservations;
β Travel orders preparation;
β Stationery ordering and inventory management;
β Bond cart submissions for the needs of the Center;
β Supporting staff during the visit of external clients (issuing of temporary access cards entry into the register room reservation);
β Maintaining documentation for teams in shift work ;
β Monitoring inventory status and ordering office supplies and technical equipment;
β Other administrative support to leaders / managers including various reports preparation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
β Fluent in English;
β Excellent communication and team work skills;
β Responsiveness & adaptability;
β Organizational and multitasking skills;
β Effective time management effective task organization;
β Ability to finalize tasks according to the agreed standards for work performance;
β Flexibility.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
β Experience in similar positions is preferred.
