In this role you’ll:
- Work on multiple projects at once collaborating with other developers designers project managers and strategists on a variety of engagements
- Help expand our codebase workflows and tools while maintaining focus on reliability and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Help shape the future of our team by contributing to strategy and planning
- Work on complex projects involving advanced technologies and integrations alongside our core offerings (like WordPress)
To succeed in this position you’ll need:
- Extensive experience with WordPress development including custom plugins functionality themes data structures and integrations
- Strong proficiency in Git PHP MySQL Javascript HTML CSS
- Experience working with modern frontend frameworks and libraries like React or VueJS
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor team members
- A solution-oriented mentality and the perspective context and awareness to solve complex problems in a sustainable way
- 8+ years of experience building cool stuff for the internet and a commitment to continuous learning (for yourself and others)
- Availability to work at least 5 hours overlap with 9-5pm ET
- A genuine desire to contribute to the growth of our team and the quality of our work
