L'organisation de Implantation d'ADP fournit des solutions de paie, de ressources humaines, de gestion des temps et des avantages sociaux à l'échelle de l'entreprise aux grands comptes et aux comptes nationaux. Le spécialiste de l'implémentation (IS) est responsable de tous les aspects de la mise en place de la paie et du compte Workforce Now (WFN), y compris l'analyse, la configuration, la validation, la résolution des problèmes, la formation aux processus, le support des premières exécutions en direct et le transfert aux services clients. L'IS doit être capable de mettre en œuvre avec succès de nouvelles activités, des conversions de plateforme et la reconfiguration de comptes existants (par exemple, des spin-offs) tout en assurant un haut degré de satisfaction du client et en maintenant une productivité élevée, quelle que soit la plateforme de traitement ou l'application en contact avec le client impliqué. Responsabilités :

  • Mise en Ĺ“uvre de gestion des temps: implĂ©mentation et installation de la mĂ©thodologie WFN d'ADP pour les clients, en veillant Ă  ce que les configurations du système de temp soient exactes et conformes.
  • Expertise technique : Fournir une assistance technique et des conseils aux clients et aux membres de l'Ă©quipe interne sur la configuration, l'analyse et les tests du système de temps.
  • Formation et dĂ©veloppement : Participer Ă  la conception et Ă  la mise en Ĺ“uvre de programmes de formation pour les clients et les membres de l'Ă©quipe interne sur la mĂ©thodologie de mise en Ĺ“uvre du WFN et les configurations du système de paie.
  • Soutien aux projets : Participer Ă  la gestion simultanĂ©e de plusieurs projets, en veillant au respect des dĂ©lais, Ă  la qualitĂ© et Ă  la satisfaction des clients. Identifier et prioriser les tâches du projet, allouer les ressources et suivre les progrès par rapport aux Ă©tapes du projet.
  • Gestion des risques : Identifier les problèmes critiques et les transmettre Ă  la direction si nĂ©cessaire. Élaborer et mettre en Ĺ“uvre des plans d'urgence pour faire face aux perturbations potentielles du projet.
  • Communication et collaboration : Collaborer avec les clients, les parties prenantes internes et les Ă©quipes interfonctionnelles afin d'assurer une communication, une collaboration et une exĂ©cution efficaces du projet. Fournir des mises Ă  jour rĂ©gulières sur l'Ă©tat d'avancement du projet, les problèmes et les rĂ©solutions.
  • Assurance qualitĂ© : Participer aux processus de contrĂ´le de la qualitĂ© afin de garantir l'exactitude, l'exhaustivitĂ© et la conformitĂ© des projets de mise en Ĺ“uvre de la paie.
  • Mentorat : Aider Ă  encadrer et Ă  soutenir les membres de l'Ă©quipe moins expĂ©rimentĂ©s dans leur dĂ©veloppement technique.

CONNAISSANCES, EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES

Scolarité

  • Études postsecondaires ou expĂ©rience de travail Ă©quivalente
  • Certification T. ou formation technique

Exigences :

  • 3 Ă  5 ans d'expĂ©rience technique ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Communication efficace : compĂ©tences verbales et Ă©crites en anglais et en français.
  • ExpĂ©rience prĂ©alable de travail en contact direct avec les clients.
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en matière de gestion des clients et de relations interpersonnelles.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  travailler de manière indĂ©pendante, Ă  faire preuve d'ingĂ©niositĂ© et Ă  travailler en Ă©quipe.

Time, Lead Implementation Specialist, HR Tech

ADP's Implementation organization provides enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to Major and national accounts. The Implementation Specialist (IS) is accountable for all aspects of assigned Payroll and Workforce Now (WFN) account setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run(s) support, and turnover to Client Services. The IS must be capable of successfully implementing new business, platform conversions, and existing account reconfiguration (for example, spin-offs) while ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction and maintaining high productivity regardless of the processing platform or client-facing application involved. The IS works with medium to large-sized organizations, with no limit on the complexity or feature/functionality usage of the client. The role demands a solid foundation in project management given the size and complexity of the accounts assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Time & Attendance Implementation: Implement and set up ADP's WFN methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant Time system configurations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
  • Training and Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
  • Project Support: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.
  • Mentorship: Assist in mentoring and supporting less tenured team members in their technical development.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Education

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience
  • T. certification or tenhical backgroud

Required:

  • 3-5 years of technical experience or relative field
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English & French
  • Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.
