Job Description

It all started with an idea at Block in 2013. Initially built to take the pain out of peer-to-peer payments, Cash App has gone from a simple product with a single purpose to a dynamic ecosystem, developing unique financial products, including Afterpay/Clearpay, to provide a better way to send, spend, invest, borrow and save to our 50+ million monthly active customers. We want to redefine the world's relationship with money to make it more relatable, instantly available, and universally accessible.
Today, Cash App has thousands of employees working globally across office and remote locations, with a culture geared toward innovation, collaboration and impact. We've been a distributed team since day one, and many of our roles can be done remotely from the countries where Cash App operates. No matter the location, we tailor our experience to ensure our employees are creative, productive, and happy.

You'll help execute programs that drive revenue and keep our partnerships running efficiently to reach and exceed goals.
You Will

  • Build and maintain relationships with external gift card partners, tracking performance, adherence to schedules, and managing marketing budgets to reach and exceed program goals
  • Identify new opportunities for expanding the gift cards business and address any potential risks or issues
  • Drive XFN collaboration as the day to day "quarterback" of the gift card program to ensure partner initiatives are aligned to internal goals, launch on time, and drive results. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Production, and Design
  • Track, measure, and communicate program performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead budget planning for marketing with our external partners, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive sales and revenue

You Have

  • 3+ years experience on partner facing, revenue driving roles, managing high growth partnerships
  • Experience managing gift card programs (product launches, sales, marketing)
  • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships requiring deep cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving, with a knack for sharing critical information at the right time
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders, especially in a remote setting
  • A scrappy and humble mindset, comfortable balancing independent work and being a supportive team player
  • Eager to tackle complicated and impactful business problems and bring creative solutions.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and managing ambiguity within evolving products
  • Proactive, curious, and resilient with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement
