Solventum is recruiting an amazing Sales Representative in Dental to grow Orthodontic sales in New South Wales. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing the business plan aligned with the company growth strategy. We are looking for an individual that creates a culture of sales excellence through a growth and customer first mindset that will enhance the performance and results of our sales team and provide the best outcomes for practitioners and patients.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Global Process Leader for Intercompany, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead the global design and deployment of our future state ERP within the assigned process areas as part of the RTR team.
• Implement the processes and controls necessary for the ERP deployment in this space.
• Be the global subject matter expert in these areas.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate the RTR needs with related end-to-end processes.
• Determine and implement the necessary reporting for Finance and partner organizations.

Your Skills and Expertise
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of corporate or public accounting experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND 9 years of corporate or public accounting experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in finance from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of SAP RTR experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Skills include analytical, communication, negotiation, leadership, project management, financial statement analysis, and strategic thinking.
