About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal/Gold Crown Finishing Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This role involves finishing and polishing metal and gold dental crowns to meet precision and aesthetic standards. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to a growing, digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah.

What You'll Do

• Finish, contour, and polish metal and gold crowns to meet dental specifications.

• Ensure completed crowns meet client prescriptions and quality standards.

• Identify and resolve workflow or equipment issues in a fast-paced lab.

• Uphold strict quality standards and improve processes.

• Collaborate with team members to address production bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.

• 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced setting.

• 1-3 years of experience in dental lab or small metal finishing role

• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good vision.

• Ability to work with digital tools and technology.

• Team-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in dental labs, especially with fixed metal restorations.

• Positive attitude and a sense of humor.
