How do you shape a more efficient commercial organisation while still delivering the best customer service? If you are excited to deep- dive into commercial strategy and support organisations in go-to-market choices, value proposition design or sales organisation optimisation, you could be the person we are looking for. 

Energy and climate

How do we develop a sustainable business strategy that ensures value creation for people and the planet? How do we seamlessly integrate sustainability into every aspect of a company’s operations? And how do we collaborate across the value chain, partnering to innovate and scale solutions that significantly reduce our environmental footprint? These are some of the questions our sustainability experts help our clients with on a daily basis, and now you can join us in addressing the planet’s most pressing issues. 

Digital transformation

Your role will typically include

• Designing and driving strategy processes at the corporate, business unit and functional levels.
• Tackling complex problems and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Designing, envisioning and testing innovative solutions and communicating results and recommendations convincingly in a highly structured manner.
• Facilitating change processes, interactions and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations.
• Being open-minded and prepared for a steep learning curve and applying new approaches to solve today’s most worthwhile problems.
• Being part of developing a truly unique team in the Malmö region.

We are looking for people who

• Are about to graduate in summer 2025 with a master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with excellent academic results.
• Have strong analytical skills.
• Have the ability to maintain a holistic view and at the same time be nerdy about a specific topic.
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English (a Nordic language is preferred but not a requirement).
• Appreciate a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy.

You enjoy working closely with people and are keen to create impact with an appreciative approach. You thrive on autonomy and have your own point of view. You have an edge and dare to challenge us, but you also have a desire to learn from experienced consultants.

• Aptitude test: Selected candidates will receive an aptitude test that must be completed by 23:59 on 8 October.
• Conversation 1: Candidates advancing in the process will receive a briefing call or email, which we refer to as conversation 1.
• Conversation 2: Will take place in our Malmö office between 15 and 17 October.
• Conversation 3: Will take place in our Malmö office between 22 and 24 October.
• Conversation 4: Will take place in our Malmö office between 28 October and 6 November.
