Main Responsibilities
  • R esponsible for CM Operation, ensuring excellence performance of HC CM ( collaborative Manufacturing ) on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Service pillar. To deliver excellence on those pillar, he/she need to work in collaboration with ULI Expert Team and CM Partner to set the standard, ensure compliance to standard, and do management of change ( MoC ) in CM.
  • R esponsible for governing of Global Led Innovation project through strategic planning for Innovation (CM & UL Sites) and Business Case & Network (CM).
  • For the LTCP (Long Term Capacity Plan) , responsible for governing the RCDSR ( Regional Category Demand and Supply Reconciliation ) Process and lead Sourcing Network Analysis and Improvement along with Resilience Plan for HC ID BU .
  • Develop business case for Innovation (CM) and ensuring design for CM efficiency and resilience plan.
  • Develop detailed project network for Innovation (CM), ensuring OTIF implementation of project and smooth transition in operation.
  • Responsible for CM F4G implementation and lead governance to ensure OTIF of Project in collaboration with CM Procurement.
  • Support for implementation of 5S Savings Project in collaboration with Procurement, R&D, and CM Partner.
  • Responsible for RCDSR (LTCP Assessment), Sourcing Network Optimization, including but not limited to Material Network Planning, Sourcing Strategy (CM & UL Factories), and Resilience Plan.
  • Assist CM Manager for New Sourcing Unit Development and Insourcing/Outsourcing Project.
  • Assist CM Manager for CM Material Waste validation and benchmark study with Inhouse Factory operation.
  • Assist CM Manager for BIC Cost (specific CM Conversion Cost) Governance and Improvement Plan including CM F4G Savings in collaboration with CM Procurement.
  • Assist CM Manager for developing and implementing Make or Buy Assessment in Collaboration with CM Procurement.
  • Assist and represent CM Manager on coordination and alignment meeting related to project in CM.
  • Support any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required
  • Support other CM Team and Supply Chain Team on project relevant to CM.
  • Support digital transformation agenda in CM and UL Factories.
Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree from Engineering, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering preferred. Experience in supply chain: planning, production, and engineering is preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in the factory as Asst. Manufacturing Manager, Asst. Planning Manager, Production Engineer, or similar position
Skill
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders from Production, Engineering, R&D, CM Procurement, Planning, Finance, Global Team, as well as vendor/supplier in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Able to analyze complex set of data related to demand, volume, capacity , and cost and see insight in trend, movement, and specific group. Able to connecting the data in paper and actual operation and also spot opportunity for improvement.
  • Level of decision expected to be taken draft business case, draft number of capex, support to draft layout of the factory, draft project network and strategic aspects which correlate with CM operation, cost, and productivity.
