Head of Enterprise Platforms (Hybrid - Flexible Location)

The VP, Head of Enterprise Platforms is responsible for enterprise-wide platforms including the product management resources working on them, as well as the UX/UI teams and standards. Examples of enterprise-wide platforms include API Product Strategy, EISL 'data fabric'.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

• Curate limited group of enterprise-wide platforms enabling common services to be built once but used in many places to aid speed to market by reducing the cognitive load on product managers; common user experience to aid sales and marketing efforts and make it easier for clients to use new products; common data taxonomy and common API's to allow clients to push and consume data more easily into and from our platform that can be used in multiple products; and a common user interface to make it faster for clients to learn new products.• Inventory candidates for consideration to be enterprise-wide common platforms/components.• Create framework to help decide which are best candidates to be used across the enterprise.• Evangelize/promote use throughout the organization.• Create resourcing and governance model for each platform/component.• Consider optimal operating model to support the above.• Manage team of direct report and indirect report product managers responsible for these platforms/components, including prioritization of incoming requests, resourcing, governance.• Establish and maintain UX/UI standards. Head of Enterprise Design will report to this position.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree; MBA or Technical Degree preferred• Senior leader with 15+ years of experience• Strategic mindset with deep understanding of product management methodologies, capabilities and process• Strong technical understanding of microservices, API's• UX/UI designer experience or related field is a nice to have• Demonstrated experience in and passion for product, technology, innovation, and lean start-up principles a big plus; entrepreneurial experience is a plus• Proven ability to build excellent relationships and effectively negotiate with senior leaders to influence business outcomes• Comfortable with a work environment often managing multiple initiatives under ambiguity• Experience with product and technology integration and optimization• Passionate about the potential strategic direction for Broadridge as an industry leader• Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success
