Head of Xsolla Pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a GTM plan for Xsolla Pay for both current Xsolla developer partners and future merchant customers
• Develop partnerships with merchants and game developers to include Xsolla Pay as a preferred payments option
• Promote marketing initiatives to raise awareness of Xsolla Pay
• Lead a team of 4-6 developers to manage continuous product enhancements
• Own the three year product and technical roadmap
• Work with Xsolla’s team to develop fiat and digital payments alternatives on Xsolla Pay
• Evangelize Xsolla Pay internally, at conferences, and in industry marketing publications
• Own the P&L of Xsolla Pay and report back business metrics
• Lead analytical studies to improve the reach and adoption of the product
• Collaborate closely with Xsolla’s founder, legal team, and other portfolio companies and investments

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience overall, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in payments
• Leadership experience at a disruptive product such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Samsung Pay is especially valuable
• Proven track record of delivering payments products and improvements
• Proven track record inking payments partnerships and enterprise sales
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics
• Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cryptocurrencies is preferred
