Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist to join our team in the Greater Austin Region.

• Location/Facility: Greater Austin Region – Central Austin.
• Setting: Outpatient, 20-25 clinics patients daily.

Call - Shared call for inpatients and clinic patients, call every 6 weeks.

• Shift/Schedule: Full-Time, Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm with opportunity for flexibility.
• Support staff includes PSS, LVN, RN, along with a dedicated leadership team.

Hospital- Opened in 2020, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Austin is our first full-service hospital within the Austin city limits and the eighth in the Austin/Round Rock Region focused on innovative healthcare and wellness. Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
• Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates should desire to focus on benign heme patient, anemia, and obstetrical patients.
• We are looking for a matched team player with a favorable work/ training history.
• Candidates should be focused on quality, and be able to effectively partner with referring physicians, agencies, and other professionals to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system.
