Gestionar tareas de higiene de acuerdo a las pautas establecidas y el cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad Alimentaria.

Efectuar la limpieza en bacha de utensilios de cocina.

Higiene de gavillares (incluyendo el de los funcionarios).

Lavado de galerías al finalizar la jornada.

Soporte en el servicio.

Hacer uso adecuado y económico de los materiales.

Mantener los equipos y materiales de trabajo en correctas condiciones de aseo y funcionamiento.

Velar por la correcta planificación del trabajo asignado, colaborando en tareas relacionadas.

Realizar diariamente los registros especificados en el parte individual.

Realizar la limpieza de galerías y comedor principal después del servicio.
