Beverage Supervisors @ $19.00/hour

The Hospitality Beverage Supervisor will play a key support role within the Beverage Department, assisting to ensure product availability, quality, cost effectiveness, compliance, control and service for all beverages served throughout the unit.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper procedures are followed for all bars when reporting requisitions, transfers, stand sheets and banks
• Ensure bars are placed in appropriate locations according to event requirements
• Support customer service satisfaction by monitoring departmental policies and procedures and assisting with training of beverage service personnel
• May assist with ordering, inventory controls and cash management within each beverage location

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
• Have the ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
