Job Description
Responsible for a high volume of clerical and transactional duties within the Human Resources department. Executes task-oriented processes and procedures in support of the employee life cycle from recruiting to separation transactions with speed and discipline.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities within a functional area for recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration through the following:
- Provide energized customer service to all employees throughout organization
- Provide customer service to all employment candidates (travel to conference rooms, refreshments, scheduling communications, etc.)
- Respond to email/phone/etc. communications within 24 hour time frame
- Publish, update and close job postings on careers page(s)
- Schedule interviews, trainings, and other meetings
- Schedule and communicate event items related to campus functions
- Retirement celebrations, employee events, birthday celebrations, company picnic, mammogram bus, safety shoe truck, etc.
- Provide administrative recruiting event support
- Assist candidates/employees through new hire and onboarding administration phase
- Review reimbursement request (tuition reimbursement, etc.) for accuracy prior to submitting to appropriate HR team member for approval
- Assist employees with HR administration tasks (teamwear, password resets, referrals, locker assignments, ordering business cards, taking employee pictures, etc.)
- Create and maintain employee records through regulated filing in accordance with record retention
- Auditing record files for accuracy and appropriate placement
- Adhere and maintain confidentiality of all records and information
- Complete data entry as needed (balanced score card, attendance reports, etc.)
- Run needed reports out of various HRIS systems on request
- Purchase credit card report reconciliation and receipt tracking
- Triage concerns, questions, comments to appropriate HR team member(s) for follow up
- Update and maintain appropriate HR informational systems databases for employee access (badge system, PPE system, call in system, Kronos, etc.)
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects for development and succession
- Enter and facilitate follow up of HR purchase requisitions and expense reports
- Order supplies and maintain appropriate levels of stock needed
- Other clerical duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Education:
- HS Diploma is required, additional education is preferred
Experience:
- At least 2 years (s) related work experience is required, prefer experience in very fast-paced, customer service environment
- Preferably 5 years in HR administrative/coordinator role with basic understanding of employment laws and HR function
- Proven track record of highly effective multi-tasking a high volume of clerical and transactional duties.
- Proven track record of high attention to detail on a high volume of tasks
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient to advanced skill in MS Office: Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to follow directives and operational documents as assigned
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task a high volume of tasks, projects and requests
- Ability to maintain employee confidentiality on all level

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Repetitive motion activities including but not limited to box cutting, standing, lifting, walking, etc
