Role: HR Analyst 

Reports to: Compensation Manager

FT is operating in a hybrid work from home model, three days in the office and two days from home. On the days that you are in the office, free lunch is provided!

Summary:

We are currently seeking an HR Data Analyst to join our growing People Ops team in New York. In this role, you will support critical compensation and people data projects while reporting directly into our Compensation Manager.   

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with strategic initiatives and decisions around headcount planning and financials .
  • Manage employee tracker including: current and past job demographics, promotion eligibility, and title changes
  • Assist our Compensation Manager with critical People Data projects including attrition, headcount forecasting and budgeting, tracking contractual obligations, hiring and leaver trends, and data reconciliation and accuracy.
  • Support the annual benchmarking review processes, ensuring all positions are accurately benchmarked against relevant market data.
  • Assist with Performance Management projects and ensure feedback process is managed effectively. This includes, but is not limited to: Mid-Year and Year-End Reviews, partner with HR Business Partners promotion eligibility , career paths
  • Conduct data audits and support data integrity processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across HRIS and all compensation system
  • Assist with data reporting and presentations tailored to executive leaders
  • Ad-hoc project management and reporting

Qualifications Include

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-2years of experience ideally within professional or financial services
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand and tell the story behind the data
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
